We own 7 cottages on Great Pond in Belgrade, Maine and are open year round.
Our year round cottages are either on the water or within a very short walk to their own private 100 ft lakefront common area. Our common area includes a place to launch your boat, two 50 foot docks, a swimming area, swim float, 2 fire pits, picnic tables, a couple of hammocks and some chairs and chaises for relaxing by the lake.
You can fish, swim, boat, bike, leef peep, hike, hunt, snowmobile, ice fish, cross country ski or snow shoe.
There is a convenient store, gas, bank/ATM, liquor store, movie rentals, spa, gift shops, hunting and fishing licenses, bait, several restaurants (some accessible by boat), mail boat rides and Belgrade Lakes award winning 18 hole golf course all located within 5 miles.
Shoppers don’t worry.
LL Bean and the Freeport outlets are 45 minutes away. Augusta will surprise you with all of its new shopping outlets. Belgrade Lakes Village down town shops have lots to offer and antiquing in the area can keep you busy all day.
Come experience the lake that inspired the movie "On Golden Pond". Hear the wild call of the loons. Enjoy all that the Belgrade Lakes has to offer in one of our 7 traditional Maine cottages on Great Pond in Belgrade Maine.
